What happens

Mr. Burns in a blue suit, Homer in a white shirt, Carl and a bespectacled man stand by a roadside taxi stand where a uniformed man with a moustache talks on a payphone, and Burns gestures as the group gathers around a turquoise-and-white taxi. The taxi then drives past a palm tree and a red billboard reading EL DUFFO O MUERTE, which shows a bearded man in a black beret holding a Duff beer can, with Burns and a driver in the cab. The car keeps moving along the street, passing the billboard and a pale pink building.
