What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive, holds Maggie, the baby with a pacifier and blue bow, while Bart and Lisa sit on the red couch in their pink living room, with Lisa wearing a pearl necklace and red dress. A man in a dark suit, thin and frail with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, walks past in front of them, and at the right a thin man in glasses and a dark suit, Smithers, stands with a hand raised to his ear. The first frames show a blue car and a white van reading 'TWO GUYS FROM QUAN' and 'PIZ' parked outside a light green house with a purple door at dusk. Inside, the frail man strides back and forth across the room while the family watches with wide eyes, and in the later frames Smithers paces and gestures near a small purple side table with a red lamp.
