Homer holds a glowing green rod at a control console beneath a CAUTION sign while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from behind a counter

What happens

Homer, in a yellow radiation suit with an orange harness and visor, holds a glowing green rod at a control console beneath a CAUTION sign while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from behind a counter. Marge, with tall blue hair and a red bead necklace, reads a MOM Monthly magazine with Frosted Krusty Flakes on its cover as Maggie, sucking her pacifier, peers over her shoulder beside a shop counter. Maggie is then slid across a checkout counter by a heavyset cashier in an apron, and Marge pushes a metal cart with Maggie peeking over its wire side.
