What happens

Homer, in a yellow hazmat suit and helmet, holds glowing green tongs beside a CAUTION radiation sign while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from a control booth; Homer then turns to reach toward the panel as the green glowing rod floats upward. Lisa, wearing glasses, reads the magazine "Mom Monthly" with a Frosted Krusty Flakes cover in a store with a checkout counter, Marge partly visible at the edge, and the screen then fills with a blurred orange surface before Maggie, with a pacifier and blue bow, rises above a shopping cart beside Marge, who smiles with her eyes closed and her hands pressed together.
