Homer stands at a control panel beneath a CAUTION sign while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from behind the panel

What happens

Homer, in a yellow hazmat suit with a visor and holding orange tongs with a glowing green rod, stands at a control panel beneath a CAUTION sign while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from behind the panel. Homer then reaches up toward the panel's switches as the green rod rises above him, and the scene cuts to Maggie with her blue bow and pacifier, reading a 'MOM Monthly' magazine at the checkout of the Kwik-E-Mart. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red beads, stands beside a shopping cart holding Maggie, smiling with her hands clasped in front of her against an orange wall.
