What happens

Homer, in a yellow hazmat suit and visor, holds glowing green rod with orange tongs at a counter beneath a CAUTION sign while Mr. Burns, frail and hook-nosed with grey hair at the sides, and Smithers, thin with glasses and a bow tie, watch from behind a desk holding a blueprint. Homer then turns away and gestures toward the rod, which floats upward, before a blur of orange streaks and a cut to a store where Maggie in a blue bow reads a Mom magazine with Frosted Krusty Flakes on its cover near shelves and a CHECKS sign. Finally Maggie, sucking a red pacifier, rides in a shopping cart with Marge, her tall blue beehive and red beads, smiling with closed eyes against an orange wall.
