What happens

Homer, in a yellow hazmat suit and helmet, holds up a glowing green rod with tongs beside a CAUTION sign while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from behind a counter, then he reaches up toward a control panel as the green glow drifts across the ceiling. Lisa, with her star-shaped hair, reads a MOM Monthly magazine with a Frosted Krusty Flakes cover at a store checkout while Marge stands at the left edge, and the scene closes with Maggie in a shopping cart, sucking a pacifier and wearing a blue bow, beside Marge, who smiles with her eyes closed and a raised hand near her mouth.
