The Simpsons, “Girly Edition” (season 9, episode 21), 18:26–18:36
What happens
Milhouse, the boy with blue hair and red-framed glasses, sits behind a desk in a blue suit and red tie, holding a sheet of paper, in front of a sign reading "NEWZ YOU CAN UZE" on a blue backdrop. He talks and smiles, his mouth opening and closing as he reads, grins broadly at one point, then his expression turns to a wide-mouthed, animated speech, and in the final frames he looks ahead with a toothy grin while the paper in his hands stays low on the desk.
