Bart Simpson stands holding a microphone labeled KIDZ NEWZ while reporting in a junkyard

What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in a blue jacket and red tie, stands holding a microphone labeled KIDZ NEWZ while reporting in a junkyard. Behind him are heaps of wrecked cars, a red car hood, a pink appliance and discarded furniture under a blue sky. Bart speaks with his mouth open, looks worried and grimaces, then gestures outward with his free hand, gesturing back and forth as he talks. His expression shifts from a frown to a nervous grin while he keeps reporting at the dump.
