Kent Brockman holds a microphone while riding a white carousel horse with a blue saddle and orange trim

What happens

Kent Brockman, a grey-haired man in a red jacket, holds a microphone while riding a white carousel horse with a blue saddle and orange trim. He moves around a carousel decorated with pink and purple panels and blue poles dotted with yellow lights, passing a red-draped horse with a grey mane that bobs along beside him, and at one point he slides out of view to the right before circling back into the scene.
