What happens

Bart Simpson, holding a microphone in a blue jacket, stands in the foreground of a salmon-walled room with folding chairs and an open window, while Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a pink sweater and purple trousers working with yarn. Behind them, older men sit stitching a patchwork quilt, and a heavyset man in a red cardigan and dark flat cap holds up a patchwork quilt covered in colorful stars and patches as Bart speaks and gestures toward it with an open hand. Bart keeps talking into the microphone while the quilt is held up and the other figures remain seated and working.
