What happens

Lisa Simpson, with star-shaped spiky hair, a red dress and a pearl necklace, sits at a desk holding a sheet of paper and reading from it, while Bart Simpson, in a blue suit and red tie with spiky hair, sits beside her with his hands clasped. Behind them a pink heart-shaped sign reads "Bart's People" against a blue sky with clouds. Lisa keeps reading and glancing up with a skeptical, sideways look, and at times she speaks with her mouth open. Bart's expression tightens and he fidgets as she talks, and near the end the view shifts to a closer angle with no sign visible, showing Lisa smirking as she reads while Bart stares ahead nervously.
