What happens

Homer Simpson, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands at a counter with clenched fists, arguing with a clerk who has swept purple hair, a purple mustache, a cigarette and a mint-green shirt, while Troy McClure, with swept-back reddish hair, a blue suit and a purple tie, stands behind Homer on the left. Homer grimaces and speaks with his fists clenched as the clerk listens with the cigarette in his mouth, and later the clerk, now wearing a red tie and name badge, leans in and gestures with the cigarette toward Homer, who has his back to the viewer in front of a wall map and a teal filing cabinet. A coiled cord and small items sit on the counter.
