Lisa Simpson and Homer Simpson hang from horizontal metal bars high above a city street and the glass walls of a building

What happens

Lisa Simpson, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress, and Homer Simpson, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, hang from horizontal metal bars high above a city street and the glass walls of a building. Lisa dangles and climbs along the bars while Homer grips the rails above and behind her, and they inch sideways across the structure at dusk, with Lisa at one point perched on top of a rail near a large blue dome-shaped object. Colorful round blobs of blue, red and orange hang among the bars, and a sign reading S sits on a building in the background.
