The Simpsons, “Natural Born Kissers” (season 9, episode 25), 19:07–19:15
What happens
Homer and Marge Simpson are in a wicker hot-air balloon basket tethered by a rope above a rooftop clothesline strung with socks, a shirt and jeans. In the early frames Homer leans out over the basket's edge and Marge clutches its rim while the balloon drifts past a building and a water tower. Homer then dangles head-first off the basket, gripping the rope with his arms as his jeans and bare body hang over the red roof, while Marge hangs on above him. Near the end Homer hangs below the basket, clutching the rope, with a blue car visible far below and Marge staring down at him.
