What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive, rides in a wicker hot-air balloon basket above a suburban neighborhood of pools and houses, looking down from the rim as the view shifts. Homer, bald and shirtless, dangles from a red rope in the sky, straining and grimacing as he grips it with one hand and then looks upward while his mouth opens in dismay. Marge then raises one arm, holding a rope or valve in the basket as she looks sideways, and the balloon drifts past clouds. In the final frames, a crowd in the foreground watches a football field in a stadium, with Marge's blue hair visible among the spectators at the right edge as the players stand on the grass.
