What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive, rides in the wicker basket of a red hot-air balloon over a town with a nuclear power plant and its twin cooling towers, while Homer is not visible in the basket. In the early frames the balloon drifts over the town and the plant's cooling towers, then it sinks lower beside the towers and the plant grounds, with a yellow figure visible below. In the later frames Marge stays in the basket against a blue sky with clouds as it drifts, with the basket swaying slightly and her eyes wide and looking to the side. The dialogue hints at a rescue or landing, and the scene ends with Marge still aloft in the basket.
