What happens

Homer Simpson, bald in his white shirt and blue pants, first stands among a street crowd with Marge, whose tall blue beehive is visible, as he grimaces and gestures excitedly. He then steps up to a red-bereted street vendor's cart stocked with blue gas tanks and a bundle of colorful balloons, hands over money and takes the balloons, then walks off holding them. Last, he approaches an orange cherry picker whose white-helmeted operator waits in the bucket, with the balloons floating above him.
