What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in a white shirt and blue trousers, stands on a sidewalk holding a large bunch of colorful balloons while a construction worker in a white hard hat and green shirt rides in the orange cherry picker bucket. The worker gestures and talks with his hands near his face, then he and Homer embrace beside the bucket in front of a purple brick building. Homer then climbs into the bucket and makes an OK-sign gesture, while the worker stands at the left edge beside the balloons. The orange boom truck with its raised arm and the purple building with its pediment and windows fill the background.
