What happens

Homer, bald with stubble and wearing a white shirt, stands at a red podium with two microphones under a blue sky in the first frame, then rides an orange cherry picker bucket up beside a building, shouting and cupping his hands to his mouth before grimacing and gripping the bucket's control levers with both fists. In the street below, Lisa, in her red dress with star-shaped spiky hair, hugs a bystander's leg and reaches toward a woman in a pink top and green pants, while Bart in an orange-and-white shirt stands nearby. Later Homer's bucket lifts him to the roof of a multi-storey building beside a red utility truck, with pedestrians gathered on the sidewalk, and in the final frame the truck carries him back down the street past a building marked 5401 where Marge, Maggie and others watch.
