What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands on a putting green beside a windmill-style hole, with two curly-haired children holding putters and a woman with a big auburn hairdo in a pink top and red skirt at his side. A white golf ball sits at the mouth of the windmill hole, and in the background a man and a woman walk past a row of hedges and a lamp post. Ned speaks while the children look up at him, then the scene moves closer to a woman with orange curly hair in a pink sweater vest, who grimaces and glances aside while holding a putter beside a boy with reddish curly hair in a blue shirt.
