What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, and Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stand at a loading bay of a brick building beside a large white tanker truck labeled ACME GREASE CO. Homer stands in the open bay doorway at first, then steps out onto the concrete platform beside Bart, who stays by the brick wall beneath a small window with a calendar. Homer turns toward Bart, gestures with a hand to his chest, then spreads both arms wide as if presenting the scene while Bart looks up at him. A yellow and black hazard-striped barrier sits at the edge of the platform, and a blue barrel rests at the left corner of the building.
