What happens

Homer, a shirtless heavyset man with stubble, sits in a maroon armchair in a blue room with a pink arch, balloons and a projector while Marge in a green dress and red beads stands and then sits on a nearby couch, at first gesturing and then resting her hand on his. Bart in an orange shirt and Grampa in a pink sweater and grey pants join them: Bart stands beside Homer with a hand on his belly, Grampa stands by the projector gesturing with both hands, covers his ears, and finally points at Homer as Bart watches. Balloons, bunting and a film projector with a reel are visible throughout.
