What happens

Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt and headphones, sits at a library table and writes in a spiral notebook with a pencil, and a close-up shows the notebook reading "75 Watt Bulb" and "Regurgitate Food" with more lines below. Bart then stands beside a grey trash can holding a basket with an egg-like object, and walks past it toward a counter where a dark-haired man in a pink shirt and blue tie stands while a woman with a tall brown updo and pink blouse talks to him from behind the desk. Shelves of colorful books line the background, and the clip opens and closes on a white card reading "THE END".
