What happens

A wild-haired, fur-covered heavy man in blue overalls is strapped into an electric chair, grinning and jolting in a striped-hazard arena. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform, points and shouts in the foreground while Principal Skinner, in a grey suit with neat grey hair, stands behind him beside two showgirls in pink lingerie and white feathered headdresses. The fur-covered man then convulses again with his face contorted, and Barney, the heavy man with messy brown hair in a blue vest, sits in the chair with a metal electrode cap on his head, eyes closed, then opening them and closing them again.
