What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief, stands between two officers in blue uniforms and caps, one of them a Black officer, all aiming revolvers at a splintered wooden barricade in a pink room. Through a gap in the planks, a figure in a blue shirt and cap leans out with a gun, while behind the barricade Homer in a light blue shirt grabs a brown-haired man in a green sweater and glasses by the shoulders beside a grey counter, a blue trash can and a cash register. The officers then stand in a pink room with a blue toy airplane hanging overhead, Wiggum raising a finger and speaking as he keeps his gun pointed forward.
