What happens

Bart and Lisa, Bart in his orange shirt and blue shorts and Lisa in her red dress and pearls, run down a suburban street lined with brightly colored houses while screaming in alarm. A blue-haired woman and the black cat Snowball II stand at a pink house's doorway as its door is smashed off, and rockets, knives, arrows, and a revolver fly at the houses as the siblings flee past a yellow house and a green house with a toothy mouth in its window. A police car with a gold sheriff's star and a red light on its roof drives past, then the empty street remains, and the final frame shows Bart and Lisa slumped in the back seat of a car, Bart with a bored expression.
