What happens

Lisa and Bart sit side by side on a grey back seat of a car with a pink interior, Lisa gesturing with outstretched arms beside a sign reading "To Protect and Sever." Bart and Lisa then jump and shout with wide eyes as the car lurches, and a black cat in a blue police cap and a blue dog-like police officer appear in the front seat, the cat sticking out its tongue. Later, Bart is shown spread-legged on a cracked grey road with his arms raised in alarm, and Homer, in a white shirt and blue jeans, stands on a striped rug in the living room, bends down to pick up a glowing green remote control, and sits on the brown couch holding it.
