What happens

Homer, bald and heavy, arranges flowers in a blue vase in a kitchen with pine trees visible through the high windows, while a blonde woman in a white sleeveless blouse holds a can of Oscar Polish and a rag beside a grocery bag. She then polishes a gold Oscar statuette on the counter, its base reading "BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS KIM BASINGER", as a dark-haired man in a blue shirt walks up and gestures toward it while she stands with her arms folded. He keeps talking and gesturing with an open hand, and she stays unimpressed, glancing at him with pursed lips and eyes half closed, with the statuette left standing between them.
