What happens

Homer, a red-haired man in a blue cap and red jacket, a dark-haired man in a blue shirt, and a blonde woman in a pink headband and red pants stand in a purple room with a landscape painting; Homer holds papers, the cap man reads from a stack of pages, and the woman looks on. The scene then cuts to the purple exterior of Moe's, with its MOE'S sign and King Toot's Music Store next door, and inside the bar Homer, Lenny in a green sweater and suspenders, and Carl in a grey hoodie sit on red stools facing Moe, the grey-haired bartender, who gestures as he talks. Barney, in a pink shirt, sits at the right with a beer, and mugs of beer sit on the bar.
