What happens

A red cartoon bear in a green hat and green tie holds a wicker picnic basket on a grassy hillside beside a large tree trunk, and at first he talks and raises a finger while Ned Flanders, in a green ranger uniform with a moustache and glasses, stands behind him and points. Ned's position stays beside the bear as the on-screen credits change from producer to co-producer to consulting producer names, then the bear turns, gapes, and lunges forward with clawed hands and yellow feet while green leaves swirl around the tree and Ned is no longer visible.
