What happens

Homer drives a pink car along a tree-lined road, then Bart rides a green skateboard past a brick building with an OPEN sign and a book-shop window, with a woman with orange-red bouffant hair walking behind him. Bart is later joined by Barney, a heavy man with messy brown hair, and the grey-haired bartender Moe near a bar with bottles on the sidewalk, and Bart skates past Chief Wiggum, who swings a baton, while a heavy man in a brown suit and sunglasses walks beside the Krusty TV display. The scene ends with an orange car driving along a winding road past a purple tree and a small car in an empty blue sky.
