What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and stubbly in a white shirt, scowls and grips the wheel of a pink car as green glowing sparks flash around his eyes, while a swirling white-and-black pattern appears briefly. Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, skates past a purple building with an OPEN sign, a glowing green streak flies past him, and he later rides past a man in a green sweater and white pants with a small brown dog, a heavy drunk in a pink shirt, and a policeman who holds Bart on his skateboard beside a row of TVs showing a laughing clown. The pink car speeds down a sunny street lined with trees and a pink building bearing a large brown statue, and an orange car passes on the road.
