What happens

Homer Simpson drives a pink car at night, first calm, then scowling and rubbing his eye as sparks flash around his head. The scene cuts to Bart Simpson on a skateboard along a city sidewalk past an orange brick building with an OPEN sign, raising his arms and gripping the leash of a brown dog while Apu Nahasapeemapetilon holds him steady. Barney, a heavy drunk with messy brown hair, stands beside bottles on the sidewalk, and Chief Wiggum later steadies Bart on his skateboard in front of a Krusty the Clown TV display, with a red-and-orange car passing a large statue of a figure near a street sign.
