What happens

Bart, in a blue suit and pink tie, sits in the back seat of a pink car at first looking glum and then anxious, fidgeting with his tie and gritting his teeth as he glances around. Earlier in the sequence, Homer, Marge with her tall blue beehive and Maggie, Lisa and Bart sit in a crowded wood-paneled courtroom beside stained glass, where Homer glowers and Bart and Lisa look on while a man in a white robe speaks at a lectern decorated with green potted flowers. Afterward, Patty and Selma, Apu in a purple suit and Carl walk through a doorway in a hallway, and the pink car drives past a house with Lisa and Homer inside. On-screen text in the car reads 'Supervising Producer RON HAUGE'.
