What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in only white briefs, stands in a blue-tiled bathroom beside a red door and a green toilet, clutching a large red lobster against his chest while an orange goldfish sits near his mouth with bubbles rising from it. Over the moment he grins, gasps and looks wide-eyed, then tightens his grip and hugs the lobster closer, with its claws raised by his face. He squeezes it tighter and tighter, pressing it against his shoulder and face as the lobster's antennae wave, and a small green bottle sits on a purple shelf on the wall behind him.
