What happens

A red-haired, red-bearded man in green overalls and yellow rubber gloves kneels at a bathroom toilet overflowing with green sludge, with a plunger and a blue toolbox on the blue-tiled floor. He grimaces and strains, then his eyes bulge and he grins wildly, and he slumps lower over the bowl as more green goo spills across the floor. A wrench lies at the lower right corner of the scene.
