What happens

Homer, in a black suit and white shirt, and a brown-haired man in a purple suit and blue tie sit at a dinner-theater table, where Homer watches and then cuts a slice of cake while the man looks on, with a slim dark-skinned man in a blue shirt standing behind them. The scene then cuts to the Springfield Dinner Theater at night, its marquee reading 'Guys and Dolls' with gangster silhouettes, and a black limousine parked out front. On a stage backed by 'RACING' and 'LIQUOR' signs, a line of men in fedoras, suspenders and black trousers and women in pink and red dresses and hats kicks, steps and sways, with arms swinging and hands raised, while Homer and the purple-suited man watch from a table in the foreground.
