What happens

Homer, the bald heavy man in a black suit and tie, stands at the right edge of a school cafeteria, first grimacing with his tongue out and then gesturing with his hands, while Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange-red shirt, sits at a green table with a carton of Squeaky Farms milk. Homer turns to watch as a long pink-and-white straw tangle is pulled from the milk carton, and a girl in a red dress is seen at the left edge. Bart then sits at the table, gesturing and talking, with a bulletin board of papers behind him and a trash can nearby, and he grows increasingly agitated, his mouth open and eyes narrowed. The scene ends with a close view of the cafeteria ceiling, its green stripe, fluorescent light panel and blue wall.
