Lenny and a bald, unnamed coworker in matching blue overalls wheel a red mop bucket with two mops past a red door marked UTILITY ROOM

What happens

Lenny, a dark-haired man in a blue jumpsuit, and a bald, unnamed coworker in matching blue overalls wheel a red mop bucket with two mops past a red door marked UTILITY ROOM. Ned Flanders, with his moustache and green sweater, reaches out from the open doorway as the workers walk on, and the bald man later peeks out from the doorway before the two stand waiting beside the bucket. Homer, in a white shirt and blue pants, then crawls out of the utility room onto the teal floor, and the scene ends with Ned sprawled face-up on the floor while Homer crouches beside him, holding his head.
