What happens

Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders, Ned wearing a moustache, glasses and green sweater, stand on a reddish desert plain beside a blue STATE LINE sign. Homer gestures and talks while Ned kneels and crouches in the first moments, then the two stand face to face, with Homer waving his hands and Ned looking on. Later Homer leans in and drapes an arm around Ned's shoulder as Ned gestures with one hand, and in the background a row of women in dresses walk away with a white tiger. Dust puffs appear around Ned's legs as he stands by the sign.
