What happens

Bart Simpson rides a skateboard through Springfield, first leaping off a ledge of an orange brick building with a glowing yellow puff nearby and a pink vehicle passing in the foreground. He skates past an orange-haired woman carrying Springfield Mall bags beside a Books shop and a dog on a leash, then past Apu, Moe, and Barney outside Moe's tavern, and a bald man with a saxophone in front of a wall of Krusty the Clown TV sets. Chief Wiggum shouts and points at him in the street, while Maggie with her pacifier peeks over a blue crib rail, and an orange car drives along a winding road past a purple tree and later toward the viewer under a blue sky with the text-free scenery.
