Ned Flanders and Homer Simpson are sitting in a pink-walled room with a blue hot tub filled with water

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, and Homer Simpson, in a white shirt, are sitting in a pink-walled room with a blue hot tub filled with water. Ned first raises a hand to his head, then leans in and grips Homer's shirt while Homer lies back with his mouth open and tears on his face. Ned then shifts to holding Homer's shirt with one hand and gestures with his other, and finally lifts a brown bottle to his mouth while Homer continues to slump in the water. Blue jeans lie folded on the pink steps behind them, and a orange life ring floats at the lower right.
