What happens

Homer grips the bars of a metal gate in a green shirt, with Krusty, a green-haired clown in a blue shirt and red nose, and a man in a purple star-patterned shirt with swept black hair crowding behind him. Outside on a red brick walkway, a tall blonde woman in a light blue dress and white heels stands with her hands on her hips, then gestures with one hand and walks off to the right as the purple-shirted man reaches an arm through the bars and points. Close-ups show the woman tossing her hair and talking, then the purple-shirted man grinning and gesturing while Krusty looks on worried beside the gate's keyhole.
