What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped in a brown suit, emerges from an elevator tower beneath a sign with red up and down arrows, flanked by two bodyguards in black suits and sunglasses who walk out with him into the open air. He then stands with his back to the viewer in an office, facing a crowd: Homer in a green shirt and shorts holding a hot dog and scowling, Ned Flanders with his moustache and green sweater, Lenny in a purple star-patterned shirt, Carl in a grey jacket, and Chief Wiggum in an orange shirt and police cap. Behind them a wall of crowded, colourful posters fills the background as Homer's expression tightens and he leans forward.
