What happens

Lisa, Bart, Maggie, and Milhouse stand with a few other children beside an older uniformed postal worker and a brown-haired man in a suit by a door marked Dead Letter Office, while a cart of undeliverable mail sits nearby. A blond bowl-cut boy in a blue shirt then holds a cardboard box addressed 'Otto to the Bus Driver c/o Springfield Elementary' and offers it to two brown dogs on red leashes that snarl and snap at it, with the kids grinning and cheering in the earlier frames. Piles of letters and parcels fill the cart and scatter across the tiled floor, and white credit text appears over the scene.
