What happens

Herb, the balding man in a white shirt and blue tie, and a moustached man in a light blue shirt and brown tie stand before hanging tires in a tire shop, the moustached man smirking. Next, a door labeled WAITING ROOM sits between stacked tires and a red fire extinguisher. Inside the waiting room, Homer slumps in a chair with his legs spread and arms folded, glowering, beside a small table holding Trout Fever and two cups, with crushed cups and cigarette butts littering the green carpet. A framed Customer Care Specialist portrait shows the moustached man holding stacks of cash. Finally, Homer's hand twists the knob of a static-filled television set with a drink on its side.
