What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands at a bus with a bald-tufted driver's seat behind him and talks with a man in a purple star-patterned shirt, who smiles and gestures with his hands while Ned gestures and speaks. Later, at Rosey Grier's Porta-Chapel, a purple tent with a palm tree and a sign reading 'ROSEY GRIER'S PORTA-CHAPEL' stands on a pavement, where a tall bespectacled preacher in a blue suit preaches from a wooden podium to a row of seated people on benches, including a bald man in a red sweater, a man with dark hair in a blue shirt, a woman in a light green top and a heavy man in an orange shirt with a green cap. The preacher gestures with his hand and then raises his fist and speaks, while the seated listeners watch him; parked cars and palm trees fill the background.
