What happens

Homer, grimacing, carries Bart on his shoulders past a stand with an NFL sign and a Team Flags banner, then points at a booth reading "Take a Leak with NFL Greats" where a boy in a green shirt faces cutouts of Plunkett (16) and Waters (32). Next, a sign reads "Caricatures by Aikman!!" as Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, sits posing while a man in a white number 8 jersey sketches him on an easel. The drawing shows Ned grinning with a thumbs-up in a red dune buggy trailing exhaust, and the artist's pencil is at the paper's edge.
