Homer is held from behind by Chief Wiggum in his police cap while Krusty stands close beside them

What happens

Homer, in a lime-green shirt and red sneakers, is held from behind by Chief Wiggum in his police cap while Krusty, in clown makeup, stands close beside them. Carl, a Black man in a white shirt with dark sleeve stripes, grins and gestures with his hands as a crowd presses in around them, including Ned Flanders in his green sweater and a bearded man in a white captain's hat at the left edge, all in a grey-walled room. The scene fades to black, then opens on a desert highway lined with wooden telephone poles, brown mountains, and a teal car driving along the road under a blue sky with white clouds.
